Penny's diverse professional experience provides a strategic lens informed by execution experience. Penny has played roles defining technology and data strategy, managing portfolios, sales, account management, sales operations, consulting engagement delivery, talent development, and large program delivery.  In short, she understands the change cycle.   

PROFESSIONALISM

Coaching is a profession requiring continual self-development to bring the best for clients.  Penny is committed to this and certified to debrief Harrison Assessments. She is  in process with certification from The Hudson Institute and The International Coaching Federation.

Penny has a unique ability to use humor to inspire people to identify obstacles and face their fears.  Years of professional experience as a leader in a technical world provided experiences upon which to draw to help people understand themselves and how they show up in the world.
